In a Memorandum Circular released by the agency, all motor vehicles with registrations expiring last July have been extended until August 15, 2023. In addition, LTO shared that no surcharges or penalties will be levied on motor vehicles with license plates ending in the number 7 in Regions I, II, III, and the Cordillera Administrative Region.
