MANILA: After a short period, Maxus is back in the Philippines. However, this time around, it is eyeing to take a chunk at the local commercial vehicle industry — with Pioneer Trucks Philippines as its new partner.

In line with such a development, Maxus’ arm for its commercial vehicle line in the country is set to introduce two all-electric trucks namely ES80 6W and T1. They will be displayed at this year’s Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit.
Pioneer Trucks Philippines said these two upcoming offerings “represent a new chapter in sustainable transport and logistics for Filipino businesses.”
