MIAS 2023: Idemitsu PH brings in new lubricants

Idemitsu Lubricants Philippines announced the arrival of its engine oil offerings' latest series at the Manila International Auto Show 2023.

During the four-day event, the brand’s subsidiary in the country introduced the Idemitsu four-wheelers’ gasoline (IFG), Idemitsu four-wheelers’ dual (IFD) and Idemitsu Riders’ Gasoline (IRG) motor oils.

Per Idemitsu, the new IFG and IRG products come with unique and tailor-made formulations that deliver the best engine protection in the market. 

“The Idemitsu IFG and IFD series are formulated for car enthusiasts who are particular about their engine oil. On the other hand, the Idemitsu IRG series of engine oils for motorcycles offers a race-bred formula to maintain high performance in super-high temperature conditions to support powerful acceleration, horsepower, and torque,” the company shared.

For his part, Idemitsu Lubricants Philippines President Ryohei Itamoto expressed pride over the launch of the new offerings.

“The much-awaited, all-new Idemitsu IFG, IFD, and IRG series engine oils are the result of thorough research and hard work of our team. We are committed to providing the best engine oil for cars and motorcycles for a high-performance driving experience. A lot of testing has been done from the perspective that engines are the heart of vehicles and engine oil is the lifeblood that protects and brings out their full, lively potential,” he noted.

According to the company, the Idemitsu IFG and IFD series engine oils will be available in three categories: 

• Flagship Product (IFG7/IFD7 Series)
• High Premium Product (IFG5 Series)
• Premium Product (IFG3/IFD3 Series)

On the other hand, the Idemitsu IRG series engine oil will also be available in three categories:

• Flagship Product (IRG7 Series) 
• High Premium Product (IRG5 Series) 
• Premium Product (IRG3 Series)

The newly-launched lubricants are available in all Unioil Stations nationwide. The aforementioned products are also available at the official Idemitsu Philippines Shopee store.
