Mitsubishi PH launches new improved website

MMPC website

The local arm of Japanese vehicle manufacturer Mitsubishi is ensuring an enhanced online experience for customers with the launch of its new website.

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) said that their new website, www.mitsubishi-motors.com.ph, promises better capabilities to help cater to the needs of the new normal scenario, along with meeting other customer concerns.

MMPC stated that the new website comes with significant design improvements, better interactive features, new customer tools, and more detailed vehicle information, as well as easy-to-use purchasing tools to help car shoppers buy the Mitsubishi vehicle of their choice.

Also, the new website design, MMPC claimed, “improves the speed and quality of every user interaction and showcases new user-friendly elements and site functionalities designed to make it more intuitive and convenient to use.”

Visual optimization is assured as the new of the MMPC digital portal is suitable for any device (mobile, desktop, and tablet devices). This will ensure improved page loading performance and scalability, depending on the device used—showing the full features for site visitors.  To add to that, sharper, cleaner and clearer images and high-quality videos are also placed on the website as part of their upgrade.

The new website also introduces a new Car Configurator tool, allowing customers to view and select their preferred vehicle by particular variant, color and specifications. Likewise, a Dynamic 360° Exterior and Interior Viewer now helps visitors actually inspect their chosen vehicle in detail before any purchase.

The updated MMPC website can also help customers get test drive and service appointments, and even request quotations from their preferred dealership at the comfort of their own homes. It also offers a dealership locator with an interactive map to find the nearest Mitsubishi dealership, along contact information and service hours for the customers’ convenience.

By next month, the MMPC website will add a Chat Bot functionality with its website. This new feature will answer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the brand, its products and services.

MMPC President and CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri is banking on the new features to attend to the needs of every customer.

“MMPC encourages the public to visit the new MMPC website and experience its improved and enhanced user interface that embraces the “New Normal,” Oshikiri said. “We value the time of every visitor to our website. Through these improvements, we hope to give our customers a welcoming online user experience and offer them convenience and ease with every visit.”

Just recently, MMPC inaugurated the latest addition to its growing dealer-network, the Batangas dealership—the 56th dealership under the brand.
