MMDA launches ‘May Huli ka 2.0” site
MANILA: To help motorists check whether their vehicles have been slapped with traffic violations under the reimplemented No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP), the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) launched the “May Huli Ka 2.0”.

How to use the "May Huli Ka 2.0?
Those who want to check their violations or settle fines under NCAP may take advantage of the website. How can NCAP violators settle their fines?
Those who want to settle their fines for NCAP violations may do so physically (MMDA Head Office or at the Robinson’s Galleria Satellite Office) or digitally (Maya, Bayad App, iCash, or Landbank LinkBizPortal).During its launch, MMDA Chairman Atty. Romando Artes shared that the newly web-based platform gives vehicle owners an avenue to verify whether they have been caught violating traffic laws simply be inputting the following:
- License plate or conduction sticker number
- Motor vehicle (MV) file number
Artes explained that instead of just entering the license plate number, the MV file number also needs to be inputted — serving as “another layer of protection to vehicle owners” in checking possible disobediences under NCAP.
“Before, vehicle owners verify their violations by simply entering their plate numbers on the former website. This system raised data privacy concerns, prompting the need for a more secure and authenticated access,” Artes explained.
Should the motorist enter the incorrect plate number and MV file the result may show a “No Record Found” prompt.
Also, the MMDA reminded the website only shows violations under NCAP. “For other types of apprehensions or official records, please contact the LTO, MMDA Head Office, or your local government,” the website stated.
Further, MMDA’s May Huli Ka 2.0 website also shows steps on how to settle fines as well as contest or appeal the apprehensions. Those who will settle can do so physically (MMDA Head Office or at the Robinson’s Galleria Satellite Office) or digitally (Maya, Bayad App, iCash, or Landbank LinkBizPortal).
Further improvements
Artes also noted that several features and enhancements will be rolled out in the future. This would include:
- Access to detailed violation information (including photo and video evidence, date and time, type of violation, corresponding fines, and settlement locations through the platform)
- Real-time text messages and e-mail notifications upon account creation for any new violations recorded
- Multiple vehicles enrollment under single account registration
- Online contest process and hearing schedules
- Online payment integration
