Mober awarded Silver Sustainable Business Practice Award

Mober revealed that it was awarded the Silver Sustainable Business Practice Award at the first-ever KMC Startup Awards of the Philippine Startup Week.

According to the green logistics company, more than 200 submissions were considered for the said recognition. The said honor only strengthens Mober’s commitment to making the logistics industry in the Philippines greener and more sustainable through the use of electric vehicles (EV).

“We at Mober are immensely thankful to KMC Solutions and all its partners for recognizing our dedication towards sustainable delivery service in the country. The award not only celebrates our journey towards sustainability but also reinforces our resolve to innovate and lead in creating a more environmentally responsible Philippines. Our efforts in reducing carbon emissions and promoting green logistics have only just begun, and this accolade inspires us to set new benchmarks in our industry,” Mober Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Ng noted.

Some of Mober’s achievements this year included the unveiling of the company’s flagship EV charging hub in Pasay City and its move to expand its EV fleet to 60 units. The said stride towards clean mobility not only shows the company’s commitment to green logistics but also cements its unwavering dedication to an eco-friendly future.

To note, Mober shifted to EVs in 2021. Since it switched to using electrified units in its fleet, it has provided green mobility solutions to large companies like IKEA Philippines, SM Appliance Center, Unilever Philippines, Nestle Philippines, and Nespresso.

The company also services notable logistics companies Maersk and Kuehne+Nagel.
