During the presser, Jacinto claimed that the upgraded Move It app mobile (which now benefits from Grab’s technology), has become more reliable and assures better user experience.

“As we strive to always provide the lowest fares, transparent practices, and highest bar of safety, our upgraded app provides a seamless journey that brings our key commitments to life — providing Filipinos with a clean, honest, and reliable MC (motorcycle) Taxi service they can trust,” Jacinto said.

“Our enhanced app is a timely response to the evolving needs of passengers and rider-partners. Through our enhanced app, our rider-partners will benefit from improved efficiency, enabling them to earn more, while our passengers will enjoy a user-friendly and more intuitive interface, ensuring seamless and convenient MC Taxi experiences."

The new app, Jacinto said, guarantees a 99.95-percent uptime that ensures seamless booking experience especially during peak hours and provides uninterrupted service to both passengers and rider-partners.

Further, the enhanced app has a voice over internet protocol technology that will guarantee convenience and privacy — eliminating the need for third-party communication apps.

In addition, Move It has introduced the Share-My-Ride feature in the updated app that enables users to easily share details with loved ones, ensuring constant updates on their location during their ride.

The company also has a 24/7 Safety Center that provides round-the-clock emergency assistance, offering peace of mind to all users.

Moreover, Move It now comes with optimized routing with the integration of GrabMaps and Navigation (an advanced online mapping system powered by Grab's extensive data), which can dish out accurate pinning of location for pick-up and drop-off — significantly improving the overall user experience.

Furthermore, Move It has introduced cashless payment options including debit and credit cards. Aside from that, the company bared it is currently working with leading mobile wallets.
