Oct. to close with fuel price increase

MANILA: The month of October will close with yet another price hike for products at the pump. 

Based on respective advisories issued by local oil players  Unioil, Cleanfuel, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Incorporated, Caltex, and Petron, the price of gasoline will jump by P1.20 per liter, diesel by P2 per liter, and kerosene by P1.70 per liter.

These changes are expected to take effect tomorrow, October 28.  

Here is the summary of this week’s price changes: 

Product	Price adjustment (in Peso per liter)
Gasoline	P1.20 per liter (increase)
Diesel	P2 per liter (increase)
Kerosene	P1.70 per liter (increase)

Last week, the price of fuel saw a mixed movement.
