Oil firm to end 2-week price cut streak

MANILA: Local oil players shall jack up the price of products at the pump this week — ending the price cuts for the past two weeks this month.

Based on their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Jetti, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil shall jack up the price of the following products at the pump:

Pump product	Price adjustment (Pesos per liter)
Gasoline	P1.20 (increase)
Diesel	P1.70 (increase)
Kerosene	P1.20 (increase)

The movements in the retail prices are set to take effect tomorrow (May 20).

For the previous two weeks, fuel companies made reductions on their prices at the pump.
