P2P Buses from Bulacan to EDSA-North Avenue Now Fully Operational
Good news to commuters coming from Bulacan going to EDSA: There are now Premium Point-to-Point buses in Bulacan municipalities Balagtas, Pandi and Plaridel going to EDSA-North Avenue as of July 17.
According to Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Spokesperson Mikael Andre Degilla, they've assigned the concessionaire to HM Transport Inc.
P2P Routes
HM Transport Inc. Station Master Jojo Fernandez explained that routes from Balagtas to EDSA-North Avenue will temporarily exit Tabang Exit of North Luzon Expressway or NLEX. This will continue until the Balagtas-Pandi Provincial Road rehabilitation is finished.
Its provisional terminal for now will be in front of Ultra Mega-Balagtas beside the other bus terminals in the municipality.
The Pandi-EDSA North Avenue route's terminal will be at Shell Station in Barangay Mapulang Lupa. The P2P route will pass through the Plaridel Bypass and exit NLEX via the Balagtas Exit.
For Plaridel-EDSA North Avenue route, the P2P terminal will be inside Primark Mall, which is beside the Pulilan boundary. The P2P route will also pass the Plaridel Bypass and exit NLEX via Balagtas Exit. It will not take the normal route via the Sta. Rita Exit.
Scheduled Time for P2P Buses
All three Bulacan routes are scheduled to travel to EDSA-North Ave from 4:30 AM until 7:30 PM.
Meanwhile, the schedule for commuters coming from EDSA going to Balagtas, Pandi, and Plaridel start at 6:00 AM until 9:30 PM. These EDSA-North Avenue P2P terminals are located at Trinoma Mall.
