PH oil firms jack up pump prices after long weekend

MANILA: Oil companies have started implementing price hikes for their products at the pump this week.

Based on the respective advisories yesterday, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petron, and Seaoil announced that they are set to implement the following adjustments:

Product	Adjustment
Gasoline	P0.60 per liter (increase)
Diesel	P0.80 per liter (decrease)
Kerosene	P0.90 per liter (decrease)

The adjustments started as early as 12:01 a.m. today.

It can be recalled that last week, the country’s players in the fuel industry have conducted the following movements in their offerings’ prices:

Product	Adjustment
Gasoline	P0.60 per liter (increase)
Diesel	P0.80 per liter (decrease)
Kerosene	P0.90 per liter (decrease)
