Porsche Club PH highlights TAG Heuer in latest Breakfast Meet

MANILA: Porsche Club Philippines (PCP) has celebrated its passion for sports cars and watches in its recent Breakfast Meet. 

Members of the premiere car club held their first event of the year at Lucerne’s Watch House in Bonifacio Global City where some of the finest Porsche samples and TAG Heuer watches were showcased. 

Below are the nameplates that were seen in the exclusive gathering: 

• Porsche Macan 
• Porsche Taycan 
• Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid 
• Porsche Boxster

As for the timepieces, here are the models that were displayed at the shop: 

• TAG Heuer Carrera (reinterpretation)
• TAG Heuer Aquaracer (reinterpretation)
• TAG Heuer Monaco 
• TAG Heuer Formula 1

“What better way to start the year than with two things we are truly passionate about — sports cars and timepieces,” PCP Treasurer Edgardo Asuncion said.

Also present in the exclusive gathering was Porsche Philippines President and Chief Executive Officer Roberto Coyiuto III as well as Lucerne Group Managing Directors Ivan Yao and Emerson Yao. 

Long-standing partnership 

PCP’s choice of featuring TAG Heuer in its most recent outing was no coincidence. Sure, the Swiss watchmaker is celebrating its return to Formula 1 but the link between the two brands runs deeper. 

For decades, Porsche and TAG Heuer have been connected through efforts in motorsports. From the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans to the high-tech world of Formula E, the two marques have consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation and performance. 

“Amid Porsche and TAG Heuer machines, the event provided PCP members and guests another excellent opportunity to enjoy their shared passion,” Porsche Philippines said in a press release.
