Will Honda PH introduce the Click 160 soon?

Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) is set to reveal a new offering soon and it will likely be the Click 160.

Honda’s motorcycle arm in the country shared through its Facebook page and Instagram account a silhouette of a scooter with a front fascia that is very similar to the one seen in the brand’s website in Thailand.

“The most awaited scooter is ready to perform perfection on the road soon,” HPI stated in its social media pages.

If correct, the forthcoming model will probably have the same features that are found in the Thailand market, so here are the features of the Honda Click 160 that are available in the neighboring country.

Based on Honda’s website there, Honda Click 160 is powered by a four-valve, 157cc, esP+ engine (the same powertrain found on the PCX 160 and the newly-introduced ADV 160) and wears the new enhanced smart architecture frame (ESAF).

The scooter also comes with wider tires, a charging port in the console box, and a new full digital instrument panel.

Further, the scooter’s underseat compartment has an 18-liter capacity.

Just like Honda PCX160, the Click 160 in the neighboring country is offered in two brake variants: the anti-lock brake system type and the combi-brake system.

The price of the Honda Click 160 in Thailand starts at THB65,500 (around P97,496). With that, the nameplate's local followers are surely praying that it would not go higher than the P100,000 when it hits the Philippine market.
