YMPH celebrates ‘Yamaha Day’

Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) celebrated the 68th Yamaha Day at the Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club. Incidentally, it was also the local distributor's 16th anniversary since starting operations in 2007.

The theme for this year’s celebration, the local wing of the Japanese motorcycle company said, was about revitalization as well as restarting and returning to normalcy after going through the pandemic.

YMPH partnered with Spartan Philippines for the said event. On that note, Yamaha employees in the Philippines got to compete in 1K,3K, and 5K obstacle courses in a fun but challenging activity.

Meanwhile, those who wanted a more relaxing activity got to spend time in a wellness center filled with partner brands that sold everything from beauty products to vegetables with some delicious food and drinks along the way.

Further, YMPH employees also got to enjoy free massages, facials, and haircuts.

During the affair, the country club also opened various activities to YMPH personnel such as bicycle rides, go-karts, basketball games, volleyball matches, human claw games, as well as fishing.

The essence of riding Yamaha’s world-class motorcycles was not lost in this celebration where off-road test rides, and a special YSRS (Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program) for women were also part of the activities.

YMPH also took this chance to introduce its Female Safety Ambassadressess.

Finally, rounding up the activities was a special performance from the band Six-Cycle Mind.
