Just like how amazing it was from the outside, the interior of the Guilia didn’t disappoint. Its cabin still has a few hints of Alfa signature features like the hooded gauges and the push start ignition found on the steering wheel. You may also notice the brushed aluminum accents inside the car. The downside of the interior is mostly about the material used for the drive controls and gear lever shifters in the center console are mostly soft touch plastics.

The six features under this are the My Assistant, My Remote, My Car, My Navigation, My Wi-Fi, and My Theft Assistance. You can even have wireless charging in the car if your phone has this feature.

The car also has 8-way powered adjustable and heated front seats, wood and aluminum finished panel housing for the transmission lever, audio system controls, and drive mode selector.

Starting off with the front fascia, Alfa Romeo Giulia won’t be called luxurious for nothing. By just seeing its front look, you can already notice that it exudes all the elegance and premium aura. Just like its predecessors, the Guilia has the same inverted triangular grille. Meanwhile, the longitudinally laid eyebrow shaped full LED headlamp consists of LED projectors on the outer edges while the inner part houses the daytime running LEDs. Topping it off is the large air dam in the front bumper.

The flowing and curvy theme of the Guilia’s sides makes it more aerodynamic. Its curvaceous outlook is highlighted by its sloping roofline that connects smoothly top the trunk for a fastback appeal. Adding to the awesome design of the sides is the 0 It sports 19-inch machined alloy wheels that give more emphasis to its premium outlook.

Going through the rear, the stretched out  sweptback tail lamp and awesome LED inserts give the Guilia a wider-looking rear. It’s also equipped with dual glossy exhaust ports on either sides while a unique slim boot lid-mounted spoiler was also put to complete the sporty appeal.

The double-wishbone with coil springs and the multi-link set-up manages the front and rear suspensions, respectively. It produces a good balance of stiffness and plushness at the same time creating a kind of good enough ride.

It is equipped with aluminum suspensions, front and rear, while the driveshaft is made of carbon fiber. Meanwhile the hood and the roof are made out of aluminum too. This actually makes the car lightweight and gives Giulia that world-renowned handling. In addition, you will only need two full turns for the steering wheel to go from lock-to-lock.

As the manufacturers describe it, Giulia has efficient and high-performance engines. The chassis is designed to work with the rear traction, innovative suspension systems and a weight/power ratio that is second to none.

Here in the Philippines, only the 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine is available. It can fire up to 200 Ps of maximum power output and 330 Nm maximum torque. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Giulia has an average fuel economy of 6.6 kilometers per liter which is kind of impressive for this Italian sedan.

The wheels of the  Giulia are equipped with an Anti-lock Braking System that also has Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Coil Spring for the shock absorbers.

As for the safety features, the Giulia is more than equipped for it. It has the standard airbags, reverse camera with front and rear parking sensors, traction control, tire pressure monitoring, seat belt reminders, and ISOFIX child seat tethers.
