The BAIC B80 Wagon's ride and handling reflect its off-road-oriented design. It excels at navigating difficult terrain and uneven ground thanks to its body-on-frame design and strong suspension, while its high ground clearance helps it traverse obstacles with ease. However, the off-road orientation results in a slightly stiffer ride on concrete roads, especially at lower speeds. Light and simple to use, making it workable in small situations despite its size, and its overall build makes it versatile and quite responsive.
