Upon entering the Dongfeng Aeolus Huge, you will definitely be surprised (in a good way) with how supple and supportive its Nappa-textured leather seats are and how spacious it is inside. It has a decent amount of soft-touch materials and generous leg and head rooms. At the front, it has a nice enameled leather instrument panel with premium-looking stitching. Drivers have access to an intelligent 12.3-inch optical full LCD instrument cluster, a 4-way-adjustable leather steering wheel, and an electronic gear shift.

From the outside, the Dongfeng Aeolus Huge showcases an elegant styling that looks premium on the road. Its facade is enhanced by a front grille that showcases the brand’s “Storm Torrent” design. It also has a pair of LED headlamps as well as an LED full-width fascia bar with an illuminated Aeolus logo, both of which give this car a unique flare in the morning and at night. It runs on a hybrid transmission system and offers three driving modes: Sports, Eco, and Smart. Additionally, it utilizes a front-wheel drivetrain.

With this in mind, the Aeolus Huge might not be the fastest or most exciting to drive within its segment, but its intelligent power output more than makes up for it. It has an adaptive power output and an adjustable energy recovery system, making it run efficiently both in the city and on the highway. Thus, it is a feasible daily driver in the city. 

Safety is not an issue in the Dongfeng Aeolus Huge since it is equipped with a handful of advanced driver assistance systems. This includes automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control with a stop and go feature, lane departure warning, assistance systems for lane keeping, lane centering, single-lane traffic jam and highway, as well as an intelligent high beam control. This SUV also comes with other standard and advanced safety and security features. In terms of braking, this car utilizes a ventilated disc at the front and a solid disc at the rear.
