Nissan X–Trail Latest Updates
Nissan released a refreshed version of the Terra for 2020, but the updates are minimal and more cosmetic than functional. The only major change in Nissan’s midsize SUV is the new touchscreen infotainment display, which now allows for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Under the Nissan X-Trail's hood is either a 2.0-liter DOHC engine that yields 142 hp and 200 Nm of torque (4x2 variant) or a 2.5-liter engine producing up to 168 hp and 233 Nm of torque (4x4 variant). Both are gas engines, and both are mated to the same type of transmission—Nissan’s XTRONIC Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The 4x2 Nissan X-Trail has a PHP 1,534,000 price tag, while the 4x4 unit costs PHP 1,820,000. Standard equipment includes an intelligent around-view monitor with moving object detection, forward collision warning with forward emergency braking, blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert, hill descent control, hill start assist, and a panoramic sunroof.

Nissan X–Trail Review
Nissan X–Trail Overview
The Nissan X-Trail received its last major refresh in 2018. The biggest change is to the vehicle’s safety tech, with the introduction of the Nissan Intelligent Mobility system, the brand’s suite of smart driver-assist features. A new update to the X-Trail is expected to arrive sometime in 2021, which should give the Toyota RAV4, Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sorento, and the like a run for their money.
