Smooth drive for Philippines highways
What truly convinced me to invest in the Foton Est was its strong performance delivery and the modern appearance I experienced during my test drive along NLEX. The engine is built meticulously to deliver steady power, even during full cargo load conditions, while the transmission shift feels smooth. Its interiors come with a premium design than most cargo trucks within the same price range— cool aircon, comfortable seats, and a wonderful visibility on the busy highways. Fuel efficiency too is decent for its size, making daily runs between Pampanga and Tarlac affordable. My only concern is that its resale value is still quite low compared to the equivalent Japanese brands on the market.
