1st-ever Ignition Z by Zigwheels PH ends on high note
MANILA: Carmudi Philippines’ sister brand Zigwheels Philippines wrapped up its first-ever Ignition Z sim racing tournament with much love from numerous enthusiastic racers, Automotive OEM executives, influencers, and content creators.

Here are the final results of the final rounds of the first-ever Ignition Z:

All three podium finishers took home stylish, custom-made medals, official racing merchandise, and DDPAI dashcams. Michael Velasquez, who staved off his competitors to attain the overall win, went home with the P10,000 grand prize.
Between the intense sim racing stages, organizers also gave participants the chance to challenge guest pro racers Luis Moreno of Legion of Racers (LOR) and young karting talent Axel Nocom.
Moreno, a seasoned sim racer, recently represented the Philippines at the Asia-Pacific Motorsports Championship, where he earned a silver medal in the E-Sports category.
Nocom, also part of the Philippine team at the same championship, clinched a gold medal in the Karting Sprint category.
From the highly competitive wheel-to-wheel action of the showdown with pro racers, Kimi Manalo emerged as the winner.
For those curious, the first-ever Ignition Z was held through the sim racing game rFactor, specifically, on its accurate digital representation of the Willow Springs International Motorsports Park in California, USA.
