Ford PH announces new leaders
In a recent press release, the local arm of Ford announced new appointments and role expansion of its executives.

According to a press release, those who were given new roles are Patrick Manigbas, Kathleen Lanot-Kuan, and Edward Joseph "EJ" Francisco.When will their appointments be effective.
Their new appointments have been effective since the start of the year.Promoted to Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Director is Patrick Manigbas. FCSD is Ford’s leading after-sales and service business in the country. Manigbas was previously director of marketing, and joined Ford Philippines in 2019 as marketing manager for its truck business. He replaced Joyce Laxamana, who has assumed a new regional role in dealer operations in Ford’s International Markets Group, based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Meanwhile, Kathleen Lanot-Kuan now assumes the role of marketing director. Lanot-Kuan will helm Ford’s overall marketing operations in the country, with a particular focus on digital platforms and engagements. She joined Ford Philippines in 2017 and performed roles in communications and brand marketing over the last five years.
On the other hand, communications director EJ Francisco is also taking on an expanded role in the Ford ASEAN region as lead for Communications for Ford’s Asia Pacific Distributor Markets (APDM) operations. Aside from the Philippines, Francisco will lead communication efforts for Ford’s 24 distributor markets in APDM, including Cambodia, Malaysia, Laos, and Myanmar, among others.

The aforementioned appointments are effective January 1, 2022.
