I-ACT welcomes new chief
The Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) has announced that Charlie Apolinario Del Rosario is the organization’s new chief.

Witnessing the change of command ceremony were DOTr Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure Mark Steven Pastor, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairman Martin Delgra III, Road Sector Senior Consultant Alberto Suansing, as well as officers from the I-ACT and the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
“I will do my best to fit a bigger shoe. Now, it’s not just my responsibility to take care of the public but also to take care of my people here in the Council” Del Rosario was quoted as saying.
Prior to the latest appointment, Del Rosario held several key positions in various government agencies such as Attorney III of the National Telecommunications Commission from 1996 to 2002, LTO Legal Officer III from 2002 to 2014, Senior Transportation Regulation Officer from 2014-2019, and Chief Transportation Regulation Officer from 2019 to 2021.
