Kaicene to add 4 more dealerships in PH next year

Berjaya Auto Asia Incorporated (BAAI), the Philippine distributor of Kaicene commercial vehicles, said bared its expansion plans to tap a wider market locally.

During the virtual roundtable for the launching for the Kaicene CX70, BAAI President Japheth Castillo said that currently, they are targeting to put at least four more dealerships that will be strategically located around the country to reach more Filipinos outside Metro Manila.

“At the moment, we are established in Mindanao. What we are looking at is to establish in Visayas and in North Luzon,” Castillo told Carmudi Philippines.

“The reason behind that is for us to capture the market outside of Metro Manila, which is very much populated,” he added.

The existing Kaicene dealerships are located at the following locations:

• Auto Asia Sta. Rosa: National Road, Purok 3, Pulong Sta Cruz, Sta Rosa, Laguna
• Auto Asia Global City: Autohub Showroom, 32nd Street corner Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, 1634
• Auto Asia Davao: 7 Lanang, Davao City, Davao Del Sur  
• Auto Asia Cagayan De Oro: 3 National Highway, Kauswagan, Cagayan De Oro City 
• Auto Asia General Santos: General Santos National Highway, Apopong, General Santos City, and;
• Auto Asia Butuan: National Highway, Brgy. Baan, Butuan City 

Aside from that, Castillo said that they are still opening adding more dealerships that would apply to be their partner. “If there are more interested dealers after this launch, then we are open to discuss this with them.”
