Kia expands footprint into Central Visayas with Bohol dealership

Ayala-backed Kia Philippines has expanded its reach to the Central Visayas region after opening their latest dealership in Tagbilaran, Bohol, marking the 41^st showroom in the country.

Located at CPG North Avenue, corner Upper Niño Street of the Dao District, the new Kia dealership houses a six-car showroom and two service bays where customers can receive quality vehicle maintenance and other services as part of the brand’s "Promise to Care"' program.

 Under the leadership of Strong Moto Centrum Incorporated President and CEO Dr. Silvestre Lumapas Jr., Vice President Marilou Du-Lumapas and Managing Director Louise Camille Lumapas, Kia Bohol is designed to cater to the growing customer needs in the province as well as nearby areas.

Kia President Manny Aligada said that the latest facility is “strategically placed in the business hub of the province to serve Boholanos everywhere with a world-class lineup of cars. “

“From a dealer standpoint, we are not just setting up a dealer for the showroom. We put it up for after-sales too,” Aligada said.

Further, the Kia Philippines leader expressed the company’s aggressive stance in expanding market reach this year. “It will not slow down because we are not yet in all the areas we want to be in. It will continue,” Aligada noted, sharing that the brand is planning to open five more dealerships this year “to serve more people in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.”

“We, together with our business partners, are confident that this move will help strengthen the brand’s presence and show the Filipino people that we are here for them, despite the challenges we are facing today,” he explained.
