Lexus PH Launches 2020 RC F Sport Luxury Coupe

The 2020 version of the Lexus RC sports luxury coupe has launched in the country in exclusive F Sport guise.

With the launch of the 2020 RC F, Lexus Philippines deepens its commitment to deliver more upscale refinement to the driving experience provided by its vehicles, thanks to the car's sleek and sporty appearance combined with its vibrant driving character.

More powerful than the RC 350 F Sport that it's based on, the 2020 Lexus RC F boasts a 5.0-liter V8 Four Cam 32-Valve DOHC Dual VVT-I that shells out 471 hp and 530 Nm mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The car manages 0-100 kph in 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 270 kph.

Exterior styling has been enhanced as well, with more pronounced fenders, front and rear bumpers, and carbon fiber highlights. The headlights and taillights have been redesigned, and a new set of alloy wheels have been used.

Much of the cabin carries over from the previous year, starting with the carbon cloth trim, eight-way power front seat adjuster with memory, semi-aniline seats, heated steering wheel, and dual-zone air conditioning system. A 17-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround System provides binaural bliss.

A lengthy list of active and passive safety systems ensures optimum protection for drivers and passengers. This includes SRS airbags (front seats, knee, side, door windows), Anti-Lock Brake System with Brake Assist, Hill Start Assist, Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Clearance and Reverse Sensors, Back Guide Monitor, and Rain Sensing Wipers.

Pricing for the 2020 RC F starts at PHP5,708,000. Buyers get to choose from six different colors including White Nova Glass Flake, Sonic Titanium, Graphite Black Glass Flake, Radiant Red Contrast Layering, Naples Yellow, and Radiant Blue Contrast Layering.
