MDPPA plans to sell 1.8-M motorcycles this 2025
MANILA: The Motorcycle Development Program Participants Association, Incorporated (MDPPA) is expecting to sell almost 1.8-million two-wheelers come yearend of 2025.

Providing the strongest push in MDPPA’s year-to-date sales as of September 2025 are from the scooter segment, which cornered 65 percent of the overall volume.

Considered a niche market, leisure bikes (street bikes and big bikes) grabbed the remaining 2.7 percent.
Forecast for 2026
Further, the MDPPA sales forecast for next year is about 1.86 million motorcycles – a four-percent growth versus their assumed result for 2025.
