Mercedes-Benz commences VisMin service caravan

Auto Nation Group said that its official dealer in Cebu City is conducting the biggest service caravan yet this year to serve Mercedes-Benz owners in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Global Star Motors (GSM) Corporation launched the service caravan to serve  Mercedes-Benz owners in Dumaguete, Bacolod, Iloilo, Bohol, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, General Santos, Dipolog, Zamboanga, Tacloban, and Ormoc.

Those who will take advantage of the said initiative can expect top-class service from professionally trained service advisors and technicians.

The local importer for the three-pointed star noted that Mercedes-Benz Cebu started its sales and service caravan in Western Visayas just last January. “Following the success of its first leg, the dealership traveled to Bohol and some cities of Mindanao last March and May. And the next leg is scheduled on June 28-30 in Dipolog and Zamboanga,” ANG shared in its statement.

Mercedes-Benz Cebu General Manager Kenneth Huan said that the initiative is designed for clients in the Visayas-Mindanao region to provide the best after-sales support.

“We implemented this sales and service Caravan as our way to reach our clients in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. We want to come to you as we always aim to deliver the best or nothing and ensure that our clients continue to rely on us to maintain their Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the best condition,” Huan was quoted as saying.

Further, ANG reminded customers to “never compromise their Mercedes,” adding, “Our service and genuine parts provide safety and comfort to our customers. With Mercedes-Benz Service Caravan, our team is here to perform first rate maintenance to keep our customers’ Mercedes safe to drive and peace of mind when on the road.
