MIAS 2023: Aftermarket brands to look out for

The 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) is an event not only for carmakers and car enthusiasts to convene but also for aftermarket brands to connect with their customers. Here are some of the names that are present at the four-day automotive expo.

Black Rhino

Black Rhino is among the aftermarket brands that can be found at MIAS 2023. On display are its offerings of off-road wheels intended for off-road rigs.

They come with different designs that will definitely suit your go-anywhere ride.

Rays

And speaking of wheels, Rays — the high-end Japanese wheel manufacturer — is also in attendance. The brand has two booths that occupy the main lobby area of the World Trade Center.

That said, event-goers easily spot the company’s local offerings that are both on display as well as fitted on cars that are showcased in its booths.

Petron, one of the country’s leading fuel companies, is also taking part in this year’s MIAS event. The brand has karts on display where young visitors can sit and take pictures.

JBL

Automotive audio plays an important part in one’s overall experience. That said, JBL brought its products to provide automotive audiophiles with the best the market has to offer.

PIAA

PIAA is also at MIAS 2023 to offer aftermarket automotive products — like lights, wiper blades, and horns — to the convention attendees.

The Automobile Association Philippines (AAP), the country’s largest and oldest car club, has put up a sim racing booth at MIAS 2023. Here, event-goers can get a taste of sitting in a racing cockpit and test their skills on the virtual track.

Die-cast collection

Those who are into scale models of real-life cars can check out the event’s die-cast collection. On display are iconic vehicles from real life and pop culture.

Impenetra armored vehicles

In the market for a bulletproof vehicle, Impenetra might just have a solution for you. On its booth are a host of products that can keep you safe — even during a zombie apocalypse.

Overland Kings

Outdoorsy car owners would have definitely heard of Overland Kings. The company can dress up vehicles and make them rigs worthy of your motoring needs, even if that means cooking meals outdoors.

Speaking of which, Overland Kings brought Ninong Ry’s rig to the auto show.

MIAS 2023 is scheduled until Sunday, April 16.
