Mini PH brings in 2 limited-run models

Mini Philippines has unveiled two limited-edition models for the local market: the Clubman Untold Edition and Convertible Seaside Edition.

Both offerings — revealed at the Mini showroom in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig — shall be offered in limited-run fashion. Mini Philippines General Manager Jefferson Lizardo told Carmudi Philippines that the country is only allocated with six Clubman Untold Edition and 10 Convertible Seaside Edition.

Clubman Untold Edition

One of the exclusive versions of the Mini Clubman, the Untold Edition gives the nameplate a new version of sophisticated yet sporty look.

Distinguishing it among the rest of the Mini Clubman offerings are the front and rear aprons inspired by the John Cooper Works aerodynamic kit, five narrow parallel line run across the bonnet and roof, as well as the Sage Green metallic body color. The aforementioned hue complements the car’s lower body section that is covered with a darker shade green (instead of the usual black).

In addition, its side scuttles have a distinct pattern. The aforementioned graphic feature is also seen on the door sill trims and, in the logo that are projected from the mirrors.

The vehicle sits on 18-inch alloy wheels wear Untold Spoke design in the Jet Black/Refined Brass combination. Such color scheme is also found on the radiator grille surround and the radiator crossbar, as well as for the "Clubman" lettering on the split doors at the rear. Other distinct designs include the piano black exterior appointments in the door handles, exhaust tailpipes, Mini logos and model lettering.

Inside, the Mini Clubman Untold Edition comes with Mini Yours Leather Lounge Sage Green sport seats with light-colored seams and piping as well as textile inserts in the upper and outer areas of the seat backrests.

The same hue is also present in the cockpit, particularly on the illuminated accent strips. Refined brass accents surround the air-conditioning system vents while the steering wheel is covered in Nappa.

Additionally, the car offers seating for five occupants and storage volume that can be expanded from 360 to 1,250 liters.

Further, the Clubman Untold Edition is fitted with the Mini navigation system, Wireless Apple Carplay, a wireless charging dock, and a camera-based Driving Assistant system that includes collision warning and pedestrian warning systems with city braking function. Other notable features are the Park Distance Control with sensors at the back, rear-view camera, cruise control with braking function, and lane departure warning.

Mini Convertible Seaside Edition

On the other hand, the Mini Convertible Seaside Edition is available in two body colors namely Caribbean Aqua and Nanuq White.

This particular version dons double decorative stripes in white run from the side doors to the rear of the vehicle, and a unique graphic on the front apron, where a stylized “30” calls attention to the model’s anniversary.

Its side have edition’s discreet “Seaside” lettering pick up on the 30th model anniversary with graphically-designed numerals in light and dark blue. Another “Seaside” lettering in sporty orange is slapped on the convertible’s rear.

Moreover, the floating wheel caps are constantly still even when the car is in motion, ensuring that the stylized “30” on the wheel caps are presented perfectly at all times.

The cabin of the Mini Convertible Seaside Edition displays door sills that comes with two white stripes and Seaside lettering. Another “Seaside” can be seen on the lower spoke of the leather steering wheel.

Providing additional flair are the seats tailored in black leather and the dashboard pattern also appears on the floor mats in the form of a graphic badge.

Similar with the Clubman Untold Edition, the Convertible Seaside Edition the offering packs numerous aids for its users like the Mini navigation system and Driving Assistant technology.

The Mini Clubman Untold Edition is priced at P3.8 million while Convertible Seaside Edition, P3.72 million.
