MPTC revives ‘Safe Ride, Free Load’ promo

MANILA: Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) has revived its Safe Ride, Free Load promo. 

Relaunched in collaboration with MPioneer, the said promo allows customers who will purchase a Compulsory Third Party Liability (CPTL) insurance policy through the MPT DriveHub app to get a free P100 load on their Easytrip or Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) Radio-frequency identification (RFID) accounts. 

The said promo will run until August 6, 2025. 

The MPT DriveHub app has an Insurance Marketplace that allows users to conveniently secure their CPTL insurance with just a few steps, which we have listed below:  

• Download the MPT DriveHub app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Create an account and link an Easytrip or CCLEX RFID account for a Class 1 vehicle.
• Purchase a CTPL insurance policy from MPioneer through the Insurance Marketplace on the MPT DriveHub app.

After a successful purchase, customers will automatically receive their P100 RFID load within three working days. The said amount can be used across MPTC-operated toll roads, which include the following: 

• North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) 
• NLEX Connector 
• Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway
• Manila-Cavite Expressway 
• Cavite-Laguna Expressway 
• CCLEX 

“MPT DriveHub is continuously innovating to make road travel more seamless. By integrating CTPL insurance purchases into the app, motorists can easily comply with the legal requirement of third-party liability coverage without needing in-person transactions. This initiative ensures compliance and adds value by offering free RFID load that can be used for toll payments,” MPT DriveHub said in a press release.
