Road reblocking in EDSA resumes this weekend
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced that two sections along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Quezon City will be closed to traffic starting at 11 p.m. tonight.

These will be reopened by 5 a.m. of February 21.The road repair activities, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) National Capital Region Director Nomel Abel Canlas said, will take place at sections from Bonny Serrano to P. Tuazon beside the sidewalk and service road as well as from P. Tuazon to Cubao Farmers main road beside street railings and service road.
The affected lanes will be opened by 5 a.m. of February 21, upon instruction of DPWH Secretary Roger Mercado.
Following the aforementioned undertakings, motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
