Test your skills at this new indoor go-kart track

A new go kart track has been opened in the outskirts of Metro Manila that will surely provide an exhilarating experience to those who would like to feed their need for speed.

Last week, Drift Motor Speedway — located in Ortigas Avenue Extension, Valley Fair Complex, Taytay Rizal — was officially inaugurated. Gracing the ribbon-cutting ceremony were Taytay Mayor Allan Santos, Vice Mayor Pia Cabral, San Isidro Barangay Captain Vivian Yunpangco, Rizal Board Member Fernando Cabitac and Taytay Councilor John Victor Cabitac.

Drift Motor Speedway Chief Executive Officer (CEO) GM Bugayong expressed pride over the opening of the indoor track.

“Drift Motor Speedway is a place for family, friends and even those wanting to have corporate events. Our goal is to offer a fun place here in Taytay and people don't need to travel far just to experience the thrill of driving karts and having some fun with family and friends,” Bugayong was quoted as saying.

To note, Bugayong is also the owner and managing director of Drift Xaust.

Those who will visit the latest karting center will surely not inhale fumes from karts as the units are all electric-powered.

The facility also houses a coffee shop called Palpitate Café that provides a clear view of the kart track while enjoying good food and drinks.

Further, the establishment offers a function room for those planning to hold special events there. The company assured that parking would not be a problem since it has enough space to accommodate numerous vehicles.
