‘What hafen, Vela?’ guy gets a Ford Ecosport

MANILA: Cristopher Diwata, who went viral for his impression of Jacob Black from “Twilight” (played by Taylor Lautner), has bought a Ford Ecosport. 

Since his appearance in a noontime show where he played the “What hafen, Vela?” bit, Diwata has appeared in several commercials.

His latest gigs include a guesting spot for an evening action drama show. 

As a way of crediting his recent success to his impersonation, Diwata named his ride Vela.
