The street-smart scooter
The Honda Beat is one of those scooters that gives you a convenient city ride, thanks to the features and functionalities that set it apart. I am a big fan of the modern styling that is simple, minimal, and won’t give you hassle with the overall appeal. In my three years of ownership of this bike, I must admit, that this scooter has never made me undergo any heavy pocket expenses as it is low in terms of maintenance. Overall, I would sum up my review by saying that this scooter is actually good with the power distribution and braking too.

The scooter that’d give you the best of the Philippines
The Honda Click 125i is one of the best scooter offerings to have come to the lineup by the automaker. In my opinion, this scooter seems to have been designed for city-smart users. The scooter has elements in it that make it one of the best rides inside the city. The smart handling, great storage space, and ease of riding make it a good companion. Besides, it also gives you a good run on the highways. In my opinion, it is one of the best offerings to have come into the picture.

Extremely frugal: The scooter is highly fuel-efficient. It has a mileage of more than 60kmpl. This removes refuelling worries during long rides
Potent powertrain: The 110cc engine produces 9 PS and 9 Nm. This makes for a potent powertrain that is ideal for city traffic. The acceleration is prompt
Great Braking: The BeAT has great braking power. The front wheel has a disc brake. That aside, Honda’s comb-braking system activates both brakes simultaneously

Things we don’t like
Intrusive suspension: The BeAT comes with conventional telescopic front forks and a rear swingarm. Trying to speed up on bad roads leads to a bumpy ride
Lightweight: While being lightweight aids in handling, it also means that the scooter is quick to lose balance. Cornering at high speed is best avoided with this scooter
Expensive: The Hona BeAT is more expensive than most of its rivals. The BeAT is packed with features and maybe that’s why it commands a higher price.
City only: The Honda BeAT is only meant for driving in the city. It’s not even a mid-distance performer.

Disproportionate: While the 125i is itself stylish, the large front design and the contrasting rear part may appear as an eyesore. The design may not appeal to all
Slim tires: The scooter rolls on slim tires for efficient handling. But that seems to lose grip during fast turning. The slim tires also don’t go well with the two-wheeler’s muscular appeal
Small floorboard: This makes the scooter difficult to ride for tall riders. They may not have enough space to place their legs comfortably.
Not for long rides: The Click 125i can be only be driven within the city. It’s not meant for long rides
