The new Foton View promises to be the longest and widest in its segment, and it certainly looks like it. The Traveller 18-seater measures 5380 mm. long and 1920 mm. wide, which means even when every seat is taken in the View, there’s still going to be plenty of room to spare. It’s also taller than most vans at 2285 mm, so passengers 5’5” and below won’t have trouble standing up and moving around inside the cabin.

The Foton View comes in three variants—the Foton View Transvan, Foton View Traveller 18-seater and the Foton View Traveller 15-seater. All three come with the same 2.8-liter 4-cylinder Turbocharged diesel engine, but with a difference set of performance specs for each. The Transvan engine can produce 90 hp and 200 Nm of torque, while the one equipped in the two Traveller trims put out 130 hp and 280 Nm of torque. All trims are equipped with a five-speed manual transmission. Foton View suspension system comes by way of a double wishbone system with torsion bar at the front and a non-independent leaf spring configuration at the rear.
