2022 Toyota GR Vios Cup Leg 2 slated this weekend

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is reminding the public that the second leg of the 2022 Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) Vios Cup will be happening in the coming weekend.

Slated August 20 at the Clark International Speedway, the leading automotive distributor in the country vowed that the upcoming round will provide greater thrills following the excitement in the first leg.

“After concluding the first leg with exciting races and even more exciting wins, Leg 1 champions Alain Alzona, Troy Montero and John Dizon of Circuit Championship will be back on track to reclaim their spots in the podium,” TMP shared.

Meanwhile, influencers Gino Quillamor, Arron Villaflor, Jules Aquino, Lexi Mendiola, Enzo Pineda and Dexi Diaz for Sporting Class; Ashley Gosiengfiao, Bianca Yao, Carla Lizardo, Patch Magtanong, Benedict Cua and Miggy Romulo for Promotional Class together with members of the media and Toyota GR GT Cup winners will continue to battle it out in the Autocross Challenge.

Attendees will also get to see the upcoming GR86 during the event, which is set to be launched within the month.

TMP said that admission is free for those who like to join the fun onsite — they just need to present their vaccination cards upon entry. Those who prefer to see it online can watch races via Facebook livestream on Toyota Motor Philippines or Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippines’ official Facebook pages. Livestream starts at 9:30 a.m..

The 2022 Toyota GR Vios Cup is organized in cooperation with Bridgestone and Petron, and is supported by Brembo, Denso, OMP, Tuason Racing, AVT, 3M, Rota, myToyota Wallet and Kinto One.
