Per MMDA, some 685 personnel will be deployed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will implement a stop-and-go traffic scheme along Shaw Boulevard northbound portion of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA).
The said traffic mitigation program will be on February 7-10 in time for the 52nd Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Council Conference.
According to MMDA, some 685 personnel will be deployed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
The 52nd SEAMEO Council Conference will be held at EDSA Shangri-la Hotel.
