BPI launches 'Loans Marketplace' website

Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI) has opened a microsite for vehicles and property loans.

The BPI Loans Marketplace Website allows customers to choose a vehicle or real estate through a selection of offerings and helps them apply for loans with ease.

To give a diverse array of models and properties to users, BPI has partnered with various automotive marques and real-estate developers.

The aforementioned website offers models under Chery, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, Kia, Nissan, and Volkswagen.

"As we launch BPI Loans Marketplace, we are not just introducing a platform; we are redefining the way our clients experience loan applications for properties and cars. Our commitment to innovation, transparency, and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of this initiative. BPI Loans Marketplace is designed to empower our clients, providing them with the tools and information they need to make informed decisions about their financial future,” BPI Retail Loans Head Dennis Fronda said.

Below are the features that the BPI Loans Marketplace can provide its users:

• Mobile accessibility: the platform guarantees that clients can explore loan options anytime, anywhere as it is accessible on any mobile device
• Real-time availability: a number of cars are allocated for inclusion on the website while all properties are ready for occupancy.
• Transparent loan application process: BPI's dedicated Sales team will promptly get in touch once the online application is received, ensuring users are kept informed.
• Flexible loan computation: Loans can be computed according to one’s preference and down payment percentages using the stand-alone calculator.
• Easy navigation: Customers can compare, sort, and filter the cars and properties — allowing them to see their targeted options side by side and search based on brand, location, or price range.
• Promos and payment solutions: Beyond regular amortization, BPI Loans Marketplace showcases a range of payment solutions and promotions, including AMYP and Step Up, offering clients an array of choices to suit their financial needs.
• Dedicated online support: For inquiries regarding online loan application, BPI Loans Marketplace boasts a dedicated online team ready to assist and provide prompt responses.

Further, Fronda shared that aside from brand-new units, those that were repossessed shall soon be included in the Loans Marketplace format. “They will be added in the coming weeks,” he told Carmudi Philippines during the launch.
