Foodpanda to hold year-end party for delivery partners in Manila

A grand year-end party will be staged for Foodpanda’s delivery partners in Manila this coming December 17, the online delivery company announced.

“Throughout the year, we have witnessed the hard work and dedication of our delivery freelancers — delivering food, groceries, and more to customers around the country. So, of course, they deserve a moment to get together and enjoy themselves with their fellow Ka-pandas,” said Foodpanda Philippines Operations Director Patricia Jacinto. 

Local artists and bands will perform at the concert show, including Foodpanda’s rider ambassadors, SPC Dancing Riders. Aside from the performers, the event will not be complete without its partners and sponsors, such as narzo, SM Lanang Premier, Caltex, Unioil, Limitless by Phoenix, Motortrade Mindanao, Selecta, and Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX).

In addition, there will be games and activities as well as exciting prizes and giveaways to be given away. Ka-panda delivery riders, bikers, e-scooters, and walkers can expect to receive belt bags, t-shirts, jackets, raincoats, gears, gas prize vouchers, appliances, cash prizes, motorcycles, and pandaBiz startup capital when they attend the event.

“We are always grateful to our delivery partners as they have been important in our success and growth, along with our ecosystem of partners and customers. We always look for ways to make them feel valued and appreciated by providing additional earnings opportunities, special incentives, and other support, or simply letting them feel the joy and happiness of a relaxed day,” Jacinto added.

The online food delivery firm also celebrated with its delivery partners in Mindanao (with an event held in Davao last December 2) and its delivery partners in Visayas (with an event in Cebu last December 10).
