MANILA: Ford Philippines brought out the special edition (SE) forms of both the Everest and Ranger.
Unveiled at the latest Henry Ford Awards, the latest offerings from the Blue Oval marque’s local distributor offer a more athletic vibe compared to their Sport trim counterparts, thanks to the additional exterior styling details.
Here are some notable pieces of information about the two newly-revealed products.
The Ford Everest Sport SE features more black-colored portions as seen on the bold letters that spell out the model’s name at the hood, grille, pair of LED multi-reflector headlamps, roof, and spoiler.
Further, the latest trim for the Ford Everest sits on 20-inch wheels that wears a red accent between two of its spokes.
Inside, the Ford Everest Sport SE is still equipped with the same amenities found on the vehicle’s Sport trim such as:
Powering the Ford Everest Sport SE is the same inline four, 2.0-liter turbodiesel mill in rear-wheel-drive configuration paired with a six-speed automatic gearbox.

Meanwhile, the Ford Ranger Sport SE is basically the model’s sport trim plus a sport bar.

Like its SUV equivalent, the Ranger Sport SE also carries a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine and six-speed automatic gearbox, but is available with a 4x2 or 4x4 drivetrain.
Pricing
Pricing for the Ford Everest Sport SE starts at P2.194 million while the Ford Ranger Sport SE, at P1.529 million.
For would-be car buyers who are interested in the two new SE versions of the Everest Sport and Ranger Sport variants, be aware that they are available for test drives at the upcoming 2025 Auto Focus Summer Test Drive Festival.
