Goodyear Autocare takes Gold in 2021 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award

Goodyear Autocare, the retail and service center of Goodyear Philippines, Inc. was decalred the Gold Winner in the 2021 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award (QSA) under the Tire Retailer category.

The latest award, which highlights the Goodyear Autocare’s commitment to providing the best quality service to customers, follows the Silver Award recognition given by RD-QSA last year.

Last year, Goodyear Autocare, with its network of more than 100 stores nationwide, implemented a Zero Contact Policy as means to adapt to the new normal brought about the by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Goodyear Market Director for Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and Export Markets Susi Gamers expressed gratitude for the latest accolade.

 “We at Goodyear Philippines are delighted to receive the highest customer service rating and win the Gold Award in the 2021 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards in the Tire Retailer category,” Gamer said.

“This Gold Award validates the hard work and innovation in the services of our team over the past year, and we credit this win to the relentless efforts of our dealers and partners in the Goodyear Autocare business. We also extend our gratitude to our valued customers for their unrelenting patronage for and trust in Goodyear. As we embrace the new normal, we continue to strive to ensure that we deliver the highest satisfaction to our customers in terms of our tires and services,” she added.

The Reader’s Digest QSA is an independent gauge of customer service in the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia and recognizes businesses that delivered customer excellence over the previous 12 months. Consumers vote to determine who provided highest level of customer service under different categories. The brands are evaluated based on personalization, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction, and consistency.
