Honda production dips while sales rise in Nov. 2022

Honda experienced a decrease in overall vehicle production in November 2022 compared to the same month the previous year.

According to the Tokyo-based automotive brand, the company’s overall production for November 2022 totaled 325,996. About 72,129 units were built locally while 253,867 of the said units were built outside of Japan. These include facilities located in foreign regions, which are North America, Asia, and China.

In November 2021, Honda produced a total of 371,369 units.

Sales-wise, Honda sold a total of 51,600 vehicles in the Japanese domestic market in 2022, an increase from the 47,389 units the company has sold in November 2021.

In terms of exported units, Honda has released a total of 5,745 units to markets including North America, Asia, and Europe.
