Hyundai teases new concept EV SUV

In a recent press release, Hyundai Motor Company revealed teaser photos of its concept EV SUV, dubbed “Seven.” Hyundai’s sleek and spacious electrified offering is said to be fully unveiled at AutoMobility LA later this month.

The Seven’s front fascia gives us Hyundai Staria vibes with its slim horizontal lights as well as its bold and wide grille flanked by a set of lights on each side.

Its interior, on the other hand, looks more like the couch you have at home than seats you’d find in an SUV. The South Korean carmaker says that it suggests a premium and personalized lounge ambience — deepening the space innovation that Hyundai has shown with the Ioniq 5.

In addition, the materials used in most of the interior elements are made from sustainable materials — allowing the Seven to offer a refined, eco-friendly mobility experience that reflects the changing lifestyles of its customers.

According to Hyundai, this new look captures the brand’s future design and technology innovation in the electric mobility era and hints at a new SUV model coming to the Ioniq family, the company’s dedicated battery electric vehicle (BEV) brand.

Hyundai will debut Seven during the AutoMobility LA press conference at 9:55 a.m. (Pacific Time) this November 17.
