Lalamove has launched “Lalamove Rewards” as its way of giving back to customers for every delivery made through the app.

    In a statement, Lalamove said that customers — particularly those within serviceable areas across Luzon and in Cebu — are eligible to join the newest initiative.

    The company also said that for a limited time, users who will join the rewards program will earn 20 welcome points and are automatically eligible to claim a P20 Lalamove coupon, valid for 14 days upon redemption.

    To join, Lalamove app users need to do the following:

    1. Open the mobile app and tap the side menu,
    2. Select the “Rewards”, and;
    3. Tick off the Terms and Conditions box and tap the “Join now” button.

    Further, those who joined the rewards program can use the points to collect lifestyle e-vouchers from Bruno’s Barbers, Handyman, and SM Supermalls, and food and beverage e-vouchers from 7-Eleven, BonChon, Bo’s Coffee, ChaTime, Jollibee, Max’s, and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

    “Lalamove Rewards is our way of expressing our gratitude to users for trusting Lalamove to deliver their packages through our wide variety of fleets. With this rewards program, we hope to continuously keep our customers satisfied, not just with the quality of service and our affordable delivery fees, but also with the rewards that await them in every delivery,” Lalamove Philippines Managing Director Dannah Majarocon was quoted as saying.

    She also added that more brands are set to join to offer e-vouchers as well.
