LTO bares Yaris Cross arrival in PH

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has confirmed the arrival of the Toyota Yaris Cross in the Philippines by way of a recently-issued paperwork.

Based on Memorandum Circular HAV-2023-2411, the forthcoming five-seater wagon is 4,310 millimeters (mm) long, 1,615mm tall, and 1,710mm wide. Aside from that, the vehicle is said to have a 400mm overhang; 2,620mm wheelbase; and 260mm ground clearance.

In addition, the LTO paper (which posted the result of the inspection conducted at the North Motor Vehicle Inspection Center) also stated that the upcoming Toyota Yaris Cross is powered by a four-cylinder 1.5-liter gasoline engine that allows the vehicle to reach a maximum speed of 170 kilometers per hour.

Aside from that, the soon-to-be-retailed model sits on 18-inch alloy wheels.

While the aforementioned details have been posted as a public document, customers eyeing for the Yaris Cross need to wait for the confirmation of its pricing, variants, body color options, and other relevant details that Toyota Motor Philippines is expected to share soon.
