Luciano now Toyota PH’s VP for marketing

Elvin Luciano was recently hailed as Toyota Motor Philippines’ (TMP) new vice president for marketing services. His promotion took effect last April 1.

Prior to the escalation in position, Luciano — who started his career at TMP as public relations (PR) manager in 2018 — was the assistant vice president for marketing services.

In an interview, Luciano expressed his appreciation for the confidence that the company is putting into him.

“I am very grateful for this new opportunity and truly humbled by the trust that Toyota Motor Philippines is putting in me. I have grown so much in the past four years, thanks to the support of mentors and colleagues in the organization and the industry that I am fortunate to be given a chance to be a part of,” Luciano told Carmudi Philippines.

To note, Luciano has more than 15 years of marketing and public relations experience in automotive/mobility, consumer technology, and telecommunications.

Before joining TMP, Luciano was at Smart Communications Inc. where he served as manager for corporate communication, online content and digital PR.
