After spy shots, numerous speculations and much anticipation, AC Motors has finally revealed their latest offering in the country, the Maxus T60.

For its exterior, the Maxus T60 sports a humongous rectangular grille complemented by LED lamps with LED daytime running lights and rectangular foglamps.

Other exterior features include rain sensing wipers electric outside rearview mirror and side stepboard.

The dimensions are class-leading in the market. The Maxus T60 stands 1,809 mm, 5,365 mm long and 1,900 mm wide. Its wading depth is at 800 mm with payload capacity of 1,040 kg and towing capacity of 2,500 kg. The 17-inch alloy wheels added to its overall commanding presence on the road.

Powering the Maxus T60 pick-up is a 2.8 liter VGT engine, mated to either six-speed manual or automatic transmission.

The said powertrain is said to dish out 136 to 150 horses and 350 to 360 Nm torque, depending on the variant.

It was December last year when Carmudi Philippines reported that the European engineered marque are set to expand its lineup with the shipping of the much-anticipated model from Maxus. 

With that, Maxus Philippines now have three models within their stable, alongside G10 and V80 Van.

The said vehicle is eyed to be in tight competition against Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Strada and Nissan Navara, Ford Ranger as well as SsangYong Musso amd Foton Thunder.

The Maxus T60 will be available in six colors: white, silver, black red grey, and the top of the line color, olive green.

Standard safety features are three-point seatbelts, Isofix seats, ABS-EBD, tire pressure monitoring, immobilizer, ESC, dual front airbags and rear camera and sensors.

The Maxus T60 is offered in three variants: 4x2 MT (Pro) , 4x2 AT (Pro) and 4x4 AT (Elite). Prices for the offers starts at Php 948,000 (4x2 Pro MT), for Php 1.028 million (4x2 Pro AT) and Php 1.278 million (4x4 Elite AT).
