Mitsubishi Motors PH updates Mirage G4

MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has unveiled the latest iteration of the Mirage G4.

The aforementioned subcompact sedan’s newest offering comes with subtle changes and higher pricing.

These are the features that are made available in the 2025 Mitsubishi Mirage.

Vehicle specifications

Carrying the tagline “Everyday Made Stylish”, the new Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is fitted with the following updates:

• LED projector headlights and tail lamps (for mid and top-level variants)
• New machine-finished, two-tone alloy wheel design (all options)

Its various safety technologies now include:

• Hill start Assist
• Active stability control

Since it is considered a mid-cycle refresh, the 2025 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is still equipped with a 1.2-liter naturally-aspirated gasoline engine that has a Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control system. The said mill has the capacity to provide the following numbers:

Maximum output (in horsepower)	76.4
Peak torque (in Newton-meters)	100

This powertrain is mated to either a five-speed manual or a continuous variable transmission.

Further, new Mitsubishi Mirage G4 maintained the following features:

• Infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity (wired)
• 450-liter trunk space
• Keyless operation system, remote key with trunk opener, backing-up camera, and automatic climate control — all available for the top-of-the-line option
• Dual airbags, anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution as standard safety features in all trims

Available in four color options namely Titanium Gray Metallic, Red Metallic, Cool Silver Metallic, and White Solid (the last choice offered only via order basis), the new Mitsubishi Mirage G4 can be had in the following variations:

• GLX MT: P793,000
• GLX CVT: P841,000
• GLS CVT: P937,000

To recall, the nameplate had its last generational upgrade in 2021 with prices then ranging from P769,000-P899,000. Last year, the company also introduced a limited-edition trim that was being offered for P909,000.
