Mitsubishi sells 43.7K units worldwide in Jul. 2022

Based on the data posted by the Japanese automotive brand, the company has retailed 8,563 vehicles in its home country while the remaining 17,580 came from the export market. 

In addition, the carmaker produced a total of 43,336 in Japan and built 53,026 vehicles from its overseas facilities in the said time period. In total, Mitsubishi’s overall vehicle production for last month alone was at 96,362 units.

The figures translate to Mitsubishi experiencing its second consecutive monthly year-on-year increase since May 2022 in terms of domestic sales and its fifth straight monthly year-on-year decrease since February 2022 in terms of exports.

When it comes to vehicle production, the brand saw its second consecutive monthly year-on-year increase since May 2022 in Japan and its first consecutive monthly year-on-year increase since June 2022 in terms of overseas production.

Locally, Mitsubishi has been making the most of the recovering industry by staging test ride events in Cebu and Davao as well as in Pampanga and Laguna. They also held the Life Kyaraban roadshow in Glorietta. 

The brand’s local lineup includes personal vehicles like the Mitsubishi Mirage, Mitsubishi Xpander, and the Mitsubishi Montero Sport, as well as business-oriented models such as the Mitsubishi L300.
