Motorists to enjoy 3rd price slash in Mar. 2025 starting tomorrow

MANILA: Fuel companies will be further cutting the cost of select products at the pump — the third downward adjustment for the month of March.

Per the respective announcements made by companies such as Caltex, Cleanfuel, Unioil, Petron, and Phoenix Petroleum, the price of diesel fuel will drop by P0.20 per liter. No adjustments will be made on gasoline products.

Meanwhile, kerosene will have a price cut of P0.40 per liter. 

The movements in the pricing are expected to take effect tomorrow (March 18).

Last week’s movement 

Last week, the prices of products at the pump went down slightly. 

Below are the rollbacks that took place on March 11. 

Gasoline	- P1.70 per liter
Diesel	- P0.90 per liter
Kerosene	- P1.80 per liter

The Department of Energy is yet to provide an update about the prevailing retail prices of petroleum products in the National Capital Region at the time of writing.
